The course is designed for those who already know Scrum from practice and want to advance their skills to a professional level - learn how to scale Scrum to multiple teams, effectively coach the Product Owner and the organization, measure agility, and prevent the most common failures. In 2 intensive days, you will gain the knowledge and a certificate to prove it.
Goals
- Describe the key skills and behaviors of an effective Scrum Master at an advanced level
- Actively support the Product Owner in working with the Backlog and managing stakeholders
- Manage the daily SM agenda - facilitation, coaching, resolving conflicts and obstacles
- Measure team and organizational agility and evaluate real progress
- Scaling Scrum to an environment with multiple teams and complex products
- Identify and prevent the most common risks in agile projects
- Support a culture of continuous improvement and guide the organization through agile transformation
- Successfully pass the Scrum Master II certification exam.

Prerequisites
The entry requirement is
knowledge of Scrum - either from practice or from completing the
Scrum Master I course. Study materials are in English, teaching and exams are in Czech.
