Metodika PRINCE2® je mezinárodně uznávané pojetí projektového řízení z pohledu "best practice", a to jak ve veřejném, tak i v soukromém sektoru. Tento kurz se zabývá řízeným přístupem metodiky PRINCE2 k vedení projektů a je kombinací vstupů a praktických ukázek, které zprostředkovávají teorii i praktické uplatnění jejích principů.
