The seminar will provide a practical introduction regarding starting companies in the USA. In this way, participants will be able to get acquainted not only with the basic concepts which are common the USA as a whole and how they differ from continental Europe in general, but also get an idea of why the mythical state of Deleware is not always the place to choose. Furthermore, the various types of companies will be covered along with their inherent advantages and disadvantages.
