You will learn how to work with the essential components of the OpenShift infrastructure for its routine operation.

Goals

  • Understand the differences between Kubernetes and OpenShift/OKD and utilize OpenShift-specific resources
  • Install and manage operators using OLM, including disconnected environments
  • Integrate OpenShift with enterprise LDAP and apply RBAC
  • Deploy custom SSL/TLS certificates for Ingress Controller and API server
  • Design and manage node groups including infra and specialized ones
  • Manage persistent storage (PV, PVC, Storage Classes, NFS, iSCSI)
