Description

ITIL® Managing Professional Transition (Version 5) is a transition course for experienced ITIL professionals who want to effectively supplement their knowledge and gain a path to the new version of ITIL. 

The  ITIL® Managing Professional Transition course is designed for professionals leading or supporting business and IT transformation initiatives. It focuses on applying the ITIL Transformation Model to manage change in complex and uncertain environments.

Participants will learn how to:

• use the four layers of the ITIL Transformation Model (governance, positioning, execution, learning),
• apply common transformation patterns,
• measure transformation outcomes,
• use methods such as OKRs, Value Stream Mapping, and the ITIL Maturity Model,
