Description

ITIL® Foundation Version 5 is the new version of ITIL certification from 2026, reflecting modern IT service management, digital products, value stream management and the growing role of artificial intelligence in IT. We will show you how to use ITIL principles in practice - from service management and process improvement to AI, automation and data-driven decision-making.

The ITIL® Foundation (Version 5) course will introduce you to the fundamental principles of modern IT service management, digital products and value streams. You will gain an overview of how ITIL helps organizations better design, deliver, support and continuously improve services so that they bring real value to customers and the business.

Compared to ITIL 4, the new version places greater emphasis on digital products and services, artificial intelligence, value stream management, data-driven decision-making and connecting IT with the business. Instead of just memorizing concepts, the course focuses on understanding the context, practical application of ITIL principles and preparation for the certification exam.

The teaching combines theory, practical examples and preparation for the exam. Thanks to this, you will not only gain the necessary knowledge for certification, but also a clearer idea of ​​​​how ITIL can be used in a real organizational environment.
