ITIL® Intermediate Service Design (SD) je jedním z pěti modulů ITIL® Service Lifecycle. Zaměřuje se na návrh služeb IT a zahrnuje architektury, procesy, zásady a dokumentaci, které vám umožňují navrhnout služby, které odpovídají potřebám organizace nebo programu.



Proces návrhu je nezbytný pro další zlepšování a rozvoj služeb v rámci životního cyklu IT. Tento modul vám umožní přístup k technikám potřebným pro vývoj, správu a integraci návrhu služeb do procesu řízení IT služeb.



Představuje také účel, zásady a procesy navrhování služeb a učí vás, jak tuto metodu organizovat a implementovat jako součást celkového řízení služeb, jakož i poskytování pokynů týkajících se činností a úvah souvisejících s technologií. Tento modul demonstruje, jak se service design týká ostatních fází ITIL Service Lifecycle.



Toto školení vede nejenom k získání samostatné kvalifikace pro oblast Service Design, avšak je zároveň jedním z modulů životního cyklu vedoucích k získání kvalifikace odborné úrovně ITIL Expert. Školení se zabývá všemi aspekty oblasti Service Design a vychází z manuálu ITIL® 3.



Certifikaci Service Design lze provést pouze po akreditovaném školení.

ITIL® Intermediate Service Design (SD) is one of five ITIL® Service Lifecycle modules. It focuses on the design of IT services and covers the architectures, processes, policies and documentation that enables you to design services that meet the needs of the organisation or programme.



The design process is vital to the continued improvement and development of services within the IT lifecycle. This module will give you access to the techniques required to develop, manage and integrate service design into the IT Service management process.



It also introduces the purpose, principles and processes of service design and teaches you how to organize and implement this as part of overall service management, as well as providing guidance on technology-related activities and considerations. In addition, this module demonstrates how service design relates to the other stages of the ITIL Service Lifecycle.



This course offers training towards a free-standing Service Design qualification, but is also one of the Lifecycle modules leading to the ITIL Expert qualification. The course covers all aspects of Service Design and is based upon the ITIL V3 core book of the same name.


The Service Design certification can only be taken following an accredited training course.

The target group of the ITIL® Expert Qualification: Service Transition Certificate is:


  • Individuals who require a detailed understanding of the ITIL® Service Transition phase of the ITIL core lifecycle and how it may be implemented to enhance the quality of IT service provision within an organisation.

  • IT professionals working within or about to enter a Service Transition environment and requiring a detailed understanding of the processes, functions and activities involved.

  • Individuals seeking the ITIL® Expert in IT Service Management for which this qualification is one of the six prerequisite modules.

  • Individuals seeking progress towards the ITIL® Advanced Level Certification for which the ITIL® Expert is a prerequisite.

Obsah kurzu

Upon successful completion of this course participants will:


  • Gain a thorough understanding of the managerial and supervisory issues regarding IT Service Design processes and activities.

  • Be able to understand the important interfaces between Service Design and the other stages within the ITIL Service Lifecycle.

  • Be prepared to sit the formal ITIL Service Design examination.

  • Formal examination: this is a closed book complex graded multiple-choice examination with 8 questions to be answered in 90 minutes. Students must get 70% correct in order to pass.
