This 18-month life long education program of weekend study (2 weekends per month) leads to a Master's of Business Administration (MBA) from the Institut Universitaire Kurt Bösch. You will take a core set of 9 courses providing you with a solid foundation in international business and then 4 additional courses in the following focus areas:

• Organisation Development and Change
• Human Resource Strategy
• Industrial Relations and Legal Aspects in HR
• Cross-cultural Management

Prior to the start of the MBA program, UNYP provides, free of charge, a pre-MBA workshop in the principles of finance, accounting, marketing and management to ensure that you begin your studies well-prepared and on an equitable level with your fellow classmates.

The HR concentration route prepares students to evaluate and critically reflect on the strategic importance of HR Management to the organisation. This concentration covers all the major aspects of finding, training, evaluating and retaining key staff. Considering the high cost of loosing skilled people, and the negative impact on companies with high labour turnover, HR Management has become essential for companies striving to maintain their knowledge base. The focus subjects build on the core subjects to provide comprehensive knowledge of Human Resource Management.
