American Bachelor degree in IT Management

The primary aim of the 4-year Bachelor's of IT Management course is to blend a solid understanding of technology with business management skills.  The program will prepare students for entry level professional positions in the field of IT Management in the Business and Public sectors which operate in a global environment.  This degree is awarded by the Empire State College, State University of New York.

The Bachelor's of IT Management degree program at UNYP gives you:

o   An understanding of the mechanisms in an organization and/or enterprise including management, finance, aspects of law, sales and marketing, and human resource management

o   Development of key business and management skills

o   An understanding of IT architectures and the issues, concerns and strategies related to its deployment

o   The knowledge regarding the process involved in software programming and the elements involved in software development and testing to ensure its successful deployment

o   The ability to prepare, present and support an IT projects in front of a critical audience

o   Complementary course work that strengthens, enhances and expands your core business learning

o   Elective courses that allow you to deepen your interests in a variety of subject areas such as integrated marketing communications, mass media, international relations, economics, finance and accounting, literature, and psychology

o   An ability to think theoretically and analytically about contemporary issues in the global economy

o   Improved oral and written communication skills in English

o   Proficiency in using software applications and information technology for research

o   An ability to work collaboratively in teams and in a multicultural setting
