Description

The course shows how to use the principles of business analysis in project management. You will learn to work better with requirements, stakeholders, changes and expectations of the client. Prerequisites

• Basic orientation in project management
• Experience with participation in a project as a Project Manager, coordinator, team lead or project team member
• Basic awareness of requirements, change management and working with stakeholders is an advantage
• No prior knowledge of the BABOK® methodology or previous experience as a business analyst is required
