Description

The BABOK® Practitioner course builds on foundational business analysis knowledge and takes it further into real-world practice. It focuses on advanced work with requirements, solution design, change management, and value evaluation. It is designed for professionals who do not want to understand business analysis only in theory, but need to apply it in real projects and business decisions.

This course approaches business analysis in the context of projects, change initiatives, and solution implementation.
