Základní info

V tomto kurzu, navazujícím na Oracle9i Administrace databáze I, si správce databáze doplní znalosti o témata týkající se zálohování, obnovy, přenosu dat a základní konfigurace sítí. Součástí kurzu jsou dvě skupinová cvičení, ve kterých si budou moci posluchači vyzkoušet řešení simulovaných případů nedostupnosti databáze. Používanou verzí serveru je Oracle9i R2, ale kurz je vhodný i pro správce databáze starších verzí Oracle.

Cíle kurzu
Configure the network environment for an Oracle client-server system
Describe the database utilities (Export and Import) and the situations where they can be used
Develop network configuration and recovery techniques through various workshop scenarios
List the Oracle architecture components related to backup and recovery operations
List the different Oracle backup methods and recovery operations that can be used to resolve database failure
