Course Objectives:

This module will focus on how to create powerful brands using the different elements of a successful implementation strategy. It will build on the theoretical concepts covered in the first course on brand management. 

Key Learning Points:

Upon completion of the seminar, the participants will have a better understanding of the following issues:

  • Role of Market Research in brand development
  • Linking different elements of the marketing mix (price, promotion, distribution) to      the brand strategy
  • Creative strategy/execution techniques
  • Use of brand elements, visual aesthetics, meaningful themes to enhance brand          power
  • Co-branding Strategies
  • Effective brand management at the local market level

Target Group: Brand Managers, Product Managers & Marketing Managers (Entry Level, Mid- Level and Senior Level)

Duration: 2-3 days (depending on the depth of coverage required)
