Train the Trainer

In most organisations much of the learning is transferred in house by both formal and informal coaching and training. Most managers who are asked to do this are "thrown in at the deep end? and as a result de-motivate or bore their audience. While not everyone is a natural trainer, we can
help managers and coaches in the basics of writing and delivering training sessions which will be interactive, interesting and most importantly effective in transferring knowledge.
