Description 

This course explores the organizational practices and systems and the related managerial skills required in the global business environment. Readings, cases, guest speakers, exercises, and group projects and discussions are used to give students the opportunity to develop their analytical skills. Topics covered include: the impact of globalization at the organizational culture on effectiveness; managerial roles, including leadership in high performing organizations; and the role of rewards in reinforcing change.
