Brand Management II.
Course Objectives:
This module will focus on how to create powerful brands using the different elements of a successful implementation strategy. It will build on the theoretical concepts covered in the first course on brand management.
Key Learning Points:
Upon completion of the seminar, the participants will have a better understanding of the following issues:
- Role of Market Research in brand development
- Linking different elements of the marketing mix (price, promotion, distribution) to the brand strategy
- Creative strategy/execution techniques
- Use of brand elements, visual aesthetics, meaningful themes to enhance brand power
- Co-branding Strategies
- Effective brand management at the local market level
