She took part in many transformations. Due to her experience in work with both teams and business she usually does the heavy lifting. She is the first licensed teacher of Nexus – Scrum scaling exoskeleton – in Poland. Outstandingly patient and determined. Her aim is to change the way software is developed in Poland.
