Course description
Professional Scrum Facilitation Skills™ is an interactive course designed to help Scrum practitioners develop a facilitator’s mindset, proficiency in facilitation skills, and learn when and how to select effective techniques for various circumstances. Strong facilitation skills enable better problem-solving, more effective Scrum events and greater team alignment, all leading to better outcomes.

Required knowledge
This course is not suitable for professionals with little Scrum knowledge or experience.

Course content
During the course, you will try a number of facilitation techniques and Liberating Structures yourself. You will explore individual facilitation skills and take away your own plan for improving them.

Certification
After completing the training, within five working days, participants receive a voucher to take up one Professional Scrum Facilitation Skills exam for certification. The PSFS exam is composed of closed multiple-choice questions. You need to get at least 85% to pass the exam. Most of our students have no problem with passing this exam, provided they have a good command of English. If you take the exam within 14 days from receiving your voucher but obtain negative results, Scrum.org will provide you another voucher for one additional attempt to the given exam.
