Training Overview: participants will receive the necessary training to become an agent of change in the office and master strategic personnel development.

 

Goals:

  • Understand the basics of successfully managing change.
  • Become a change agent in her/his office.
  • Anticipate change and act pro-actively.
  • How to communicate and implement negative and positive change.
  • Understand the importance and basics of strategic and tactical personnel development (planning).
  • Apply the knowledge to real life business situations and leadership behavior.

 

Content:

  • Personnel planning.
  • Personnel development (tactical + strategic).
  • The role of change in today’s business environment.
  • Anticipating change.
  • Dealing with change.
  • Communicating negative and positive change.
  • Successfully leading a change management project.
  • The role and benefits of change management for mid-level managers.
  • Building winning teams.

 

Training Methodology: 50% Theory, 50% Practical

This will be an interactive session, drawing from experience and prompting the participants to engage in discussions and analysis of case studies and the readings (provided by the trainer) as well as role-play activities carried out during the training.
