Introduction to Project Management (in English) | Online workshop

Daily, each of us comes into contact with various projects both at work and in our private life. However, not everything that is called a project, is necessarily a project. And vice versa, maybe sometimes you are involved in a project, or even manage it, but you are not fully aware of it. This workshop should make it clear, and explain via specific examples, why project management skills are worth thinking about, and particularly applying

What will you learn:

• What is a project, and how a project differs from BAU (business as usual)
• Agile vs Waterfall project management
• Who is a stakeholder, and how to recognize them
• What should be managed within a project and why (e.g. Scope Management, Change Management, Risk and Issue Management, Stakeholder Management)
• Project plan and project phases.

The workshop is also held in Czech language.
