This course is aimed at the non-Czech business professionals that work primarily in a Czech work environment and the cultural differences between various nationalities. This course will familiarize professionals with key issues of Czech-style communication vs non-Czech style. The course will also introduce communication styles that are typically found in local environments of a Czech company or a Czech subsidiary of a multi-national corporation. The key tools will assist professionals in utilizing their local experience and knowledge effectively in the local and global workplace – Glocalization.
